The staff was excellent throughout the hotel, including in the restaurant. | The beds and room size felt very tight and small. I also didn’t like that the bathroom sink was in the main sleeping area, and the bathroom doors didn’t fully close.

It's in the heart of Chelsea and close to everything. Stayy is super friendly and bed and shower is great. Restaurant has great food. Room is a bit small though, and as such there is no closet space. Location was really good:)

The location is very convenient. You can catch the F&M subway lines at 6th and 23rd, or the 1 line at 7th and 23rd, each about a block from the hotel. The view from our room was spectacular, looking south to the World Trade Center. The room was clean, the king-sized bed was very comfortable, and the good-sized shower had great water pressure. The sink was outside the toilet/shower room, which makes it nice for two people getting ready in the morning. | The room was small, which is typical for Manhattan. No closet, just hooks on the wall and a few drawers under the bed. Very little space to sit other than on the bed.
