Depending on what you want to get out of your trip to NYC, this hotel is in a great location as it is near all of the popular tourist sites. After a few days, however, we decided we preferred other less chaotic neighbourhoods so we probably would choose an Arlo hotel in another area. The staff here were very pleasant and helpful, and the room was immaculate. | As stated above, Midtown is a chaotic area so perhaps if you’re not overly interested in being beside Times Square etc I wouldn’t choose this location. Also the space in the rooms is very limited there is nowhere to put your suitcase really.
