The fountain reaches a height of 27 feet, creating a multi-sensory experience as dark, milk, and white chocolates tumble through the air. For years, this installation held the official title of the world's largest chocolate fountain according to the Guinness Book of World Records.
While a newer fountain in Zurich eventually claimed the top spot in 2019 by reaching 30 feet, the Bellagio's version remains a legendary sight in the desert. Other large-scale installations in the area include The Big Edge.
The system operates on a continuous loop, pumping the warm liquid to the top of the structure so it can begin its descent again. This constant motion ensures the chocolate never hardens, maintaining a glossy and fluid appearance that looks like something out of a fantasy film.
