Great location. Friendly staff. Clean room with great view.

Très belle vue sur la ville. Chambres confortables | Pas une bouteille d’eau dans la chambre, ni café ni thé. Dans tous les autres hôtels, ils en offrent Le petit déjeuner que nous avions pris en supplément, vous ne pouvez pas manger ce qui vous fait envie ( sinon supplément). Le personnel très désagréable

Room is clean, bed comfortable, location is in good neighborhood. They have a fitness center, and good free wifi without much signing-in hassle. Staff is friendly. The views from around the hotel up on Nob Hill is great. | Room towards street can be noisy, but not too bad. Fitness center could have some more weights (50 lbs dumbbell is maximum) or machines

Great location, one block from Chinatown. Beautiful hotel at the top of Nob Hill. Room was large, nice bathroom. Our room faced the courtyard. Mini fridge was helpful as well. We arrived a little early and they were able to check us in which was so nice. | Everything was really nice, no complaints.

Love the location | The beds are very close to the door/hallway, so if people are walking down the hall talking, it’s audible from the bed.

The location of the room was horrible and we booked the room far in advance and arrived at 5:30. The room was on the second floor right by the busiest intersection with the cable car right below the window. Horrible room
