The location was excellent - only a few minutes walk to Union Square and a bunch of restaurants! The TV had an excellent range of channels and the room was big enough for two guests without feeling cramped. Water pressure from shower head was great. | When we arrived at the hotel they didn’t have our booking on their computer system - it seems they didn’t ‘accept’ our booking from Booking.Com and it took a long time for the admin side of this to be completed. They also initially overcharged the price of the booking - compared to the price I had secured on Booking.Com (note this was amended after I had raised the concern). The renovation of the bathroom was not executed professionally - marks, cracks and bumps all over the walls - it appears to be a quick touch-up job. The design of the shower is also terrible as it allows so much water out of the shower through the hole in the glass pane and the end of the shower (ending up with wet floors). There is also no fan in the bathroom which means you need to shower with the door open if you don’t want the mirror to fog up. The pillows were also uncomfortable.

L’emplacement, le hall d’accueil exceptionnel, les chambres un peu petite pour la catégorie mais sympa. | Comme beaucoup d’hôtels aux états unis, l’insonorisation entre les chambres et l’extérieur, relativement bruyant.
