Location and panorama | The hotel knew that 6 people were coming, but the sofa bed was still not made up. We had to call the reception three times, and finally at 11pm, when we were about to go to bed, they finally managed to send two people. Two men came, who were more like maintenance workers or mechanics, it was bad to watch them touch the white bed linen. Of course, they didn't bring towels, we had to ask for them separately again, which we had to wait for again. The two men made comments to each other in Spanish, but unfortunately for them, I speak Spanish. We were here twice in two weeks, both times the same problem arose, even though they knew that a family of 6 was coming, there were only 4 beds and towels prepared, and both times the problem was difficult to fix and they were offended. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this class and price!
