Location was fantastic! Close to everything and if you wanted to visit different neighborhoods the public transportation was easily accessible.
The property was nice no complaints about that . | The fact that the housekeeper took my jewelry I left by accident . I am from out of town so I couldn’t just go back and grab it .I was getting ready to board the train .
Room was very comfortable Could benefit from drapes to give a cozier feeling and to block out noise. Carpeting the rooms could also alter the acoustics dramatically. Staff are amazing | Windows could benefit from secondary glazing. We stayed street side and traffic noise was too loud. We stayed the other side and the L was too loud. We've stayed in other properties a few blocks away and had a better street noise experience
