I’ve been staying here once a year for the last few years, and everytime the staff have been very friendly and welcoming, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is perfect for if you want to be able to get into Manhattan easily. | The showers - the shower always seems to flood the bathroom, and when getting in and out of the shower, the door makes the flooding worse

Exceptional view, nice bathroom and Marshall loud speaker in the room. Location to explore both Brooklyn and Manhattan. | Size of the room and little space for hanging one’s clothes. The lobby/bar was always full to the extent we couldn’t get a seat there - to rest or plan the next part of the day - for 5 consecutive days.
Location is excellent! Lobby area is super cool and restaurant was excellent. | The room could be a little more spacious. The bathroom is a bit tight.
