Staff was very caring and just amazing when we checked in and out

My kids and I loved our room. It was spacious and very comfortable. I liked the personal touch of having my name displayed on the t.v. I liked how fully stocked the room was with essentials to cook just in case I didnt want to eat out. The bed was comfy and the room was well decorated. The entire hotel looked beautiful and very inviting upon entry. I loved the location and all of the food/entertainment options nearby. | No complaints except parking but there is an overflow lot across the road.

Staff was friendly, and breakfast was amazing. When I had an issue with the cleanliness of the room, the staff responded quickly and offered me a $50 refund. They also sent maintenance up to fix the clogged sink immediately. | My room was not very clean upon arrival. The couch was not clean and when I opened the pullout sofa you could see food stains down the sides of the couch. The mattress cover on the sofa bed had crumbs on it and was dirty. I had several clean towels that had stains on them. Even when we went to the pool, several of the towels had stains on them. My bathroom sink was clogged/slow draining.

Great location, nice accommodations, good breakfast. | No charging stations for EVs.

It was very clean, the staff was nice, the amenities were high quality, the bed was comfortable, the complimentary breakfast was better than some local restaurants, etc. | The only thing we didn't like was the lack of hooks to hang towels in the bathroom.
