Everything. | It’s not that I didn’t like it I just wish there was breakfast even if it cost more it’s just more convenient with the family.
Walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg. Exceptional staff that were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and very spacious. | With traffic leaving the property by car can be difficult because you are in the heart of it all.
I really enjoyed the view of the town at night from our balcony. My favorite activities were the hot tub and indoor pool. | I didn't like that our shower, the indoor pool, and even the hot tub had mold in very noticeable spots, which made us uncomfortable, so we only spent an hour in both the tub and pool our entire 3 night stay.
The inside pool was closed without notice. And the horrible noises in the hallways like a wild wind kept us awake.
