The location was in the center of busy area in Brooklyn. | My personal item got thrown away by the house keeper. I wish their manager handled my situation with professional attitude. Unfortunately,her attitude made me uncomfortable.
Deceitful marketing, unmoving customers disservice.
Room was small but adequate for one person. It was clean and functional. Plenty of common areas and a spacious feel with glass corridors, courtyards, and rooftop patios helped to compensate for the small room size. My room overlooked a courtyard and was very quiet. Very convenient to restaurants, shopping and subway. It felt like a safe area. Nothing fancy but a very good value for the location. | No major complaints. An in-room coffeemaker would have been nice.
My room was very clean & well put together. | My room was the smallest I’ve ever been in. Also I DID NOT like how the bathroom was too visible . Although I stayed with my boyfriend , I do like my privacy when using the restroom & I didn’t like that the bathroom is still visible. It was weird.
