Fantastic position, close to everything but far enough away from the noise, could walk everywhere

Good location | This was a special trip to New Orleans as a family. I booked 3 rooms,for 3 nights for my family, my room was extremely disappointing with a view of a brick wall and the room smelled very musty. I requested another room given the same side of the building not the best but a higher floor so above the brick wall. When we checked in no welcome from reception staff, we felt like an inconvenience. Presented with a free voucher for a drink at the bar for 2 people, we were 3 adults in the room. I asked for another voucher I was told that is not policy but she would make an exception. We decided to use the hotel restaurant , for a meal, however I would not recommend it, food options are limited.

This is our go to hotel. It’s clean, beautiful and central but not in the middle of crazy. | There was a little mix up the morning leaving with valet but to be fair it was very busy.

Very basic toiletries no shower caps. 35 per day charge for a bottle of water and wi fi we did not use.

Great location, spacious room, beautiful rooftop pool&bar.

Sean at front desk was absoluting amazing. He made sure I had a wonderful birthday. He's very knowledgeable and welcoming. Dex was their when Sean was off. He's just as accommodating. My family and I enjoyed all the recommendations given by these two. My rating is absolutely EXCELLENT!!! | Everything was wonderful.
