The location, hotel decoration and the breakfast

Good location, a nice view from the window, and a pleasant room. | However, the waiting time at reception was too long. The administrator was chatting with another guest about nothing important while we waited for 15 minutes. After a long trip, we were already tired, so I found that quite rude.

交通很便利 离星光大道 天文台都挺近的 地铁站就在周围 然后是设施吧 比较新 被安排在了泳池那一层 有利也有弊吧 游泳很方便但是城市风景不能直接从房间里面看到被遮挡了 当时check in 的时候前台也没有提前告知 酒店里面有一家比较好吃的brunch餐厅 挺方便的 | 当时到的时候很晚了 入住发现同行人员生理期 准备打电话要一点女性用品 结果完全没人 下去发现只有一个保安 他给我们拿了之后也不见了 还是有点不方便的

Really liked the location of it. No traffic at all times, close walk to the funko store and hollywood in general and close to the freeway. Really nice hotel too. Pool was heated so we were able to take advantage of it. Liked the valet service mostly. | Valet service a bit wonky. Sent a text for the car and they asked for my ticket number instead at the kiosk outside cause it was taking a bit. Valet finally responded to my text around 15 minutes later while I was on the road that they'll bring my car up front. Other times it was smoother tho.

The best part of the stay with the communal area. Working in this area was lovely and great lighting! | Rooms were quite dated and everything looked really tired. I was actually quite confused why this was rated a 4 star hotel.

Emplacement parfait à proximité immédiate de Hollywood blvd. 10 minutes à pieds des étoiles. Très proche du strip et de l'observatoire. Superbe vue sur la vie de Los Angeles. Bon restaurant. Très bon service de voiturier. Late check out pour les membre IHG. | Pas de café dans la chambre !
