Location Big dining area with games you could borrow Wednesday had a little appetizer bar which was great | Room wasn’t ready at check in Every staff member had an attitude but Jeff who poured me a drink because after 10 hours in the car and rooms not being ready and valet yelling at me I was done Seasoned food so heavy you really couldn’t eat it Asked for blanket because missing one took over an hour Took 20 mins for valet to get my car (spent 65 dollars a day to park) Asked for housekeeping to pick up trash at 945 when we came back at 230 still there room stunk because we had food and diaper in trash Never did have our room cleaned or refreshed was there 4 nights 40 degrees outside or kids asked front desk if they could refill hot coacoa packets was told no …

Location location location …walking distance to the French Quarter and Bourbon Street | The breakfast was wrapped up far too early ….which makes a mad rush at 9 am as it is mostly taken away at 915 am…far too early for most folks that want to sleep in after 14 hour flights ……booking in time is horrendous at 4 pm it makes a very long day for elderly people …has plenty of juice but no cold water for guests ….

Very convenient to the Saenger theater where we were going. Nice & clean. Very good staff. Loved the Wed evening cocktail party either great food & wine.

I like the location of how close we were of a walk to Canal and restaurants. The vibe was always there day and nite. | Didn't car too much for parking and being charged. I di see how space is very limited in the city, but definitely a negative for me.
