Location, atmosphere. Staff, JUST EVERYTHING
Room was spacious and clean, valet service was friendly and responsive. | Less of a “dislike” but more of a note. While I do think the hotel is nice, i don’t think it was $600 a night in total “nice”. Personally I think the atmosphere and amenities at least makes it a $400 a night venture. Nothing more.
Lousy neighborhood. Police were patrolling outside and warning us not to walk the streets due to crime.
This was our second time having boozy tea at the Pendry. First and foremost, it is such a fun and unique experience. What makes it even better and will keep us coming back is how passionate the staff is about the teas and bites they have created for you. Maddie was very accommodating and Tyler was so enthusiastic about each cup of tea he poured for us. It truly made our anniversary special. Would highly recommend for any special occasion or even just to liven up a Baltimore weekend.
The Pendry does not disappoint!! Their service from the moment they great you at the Valet, to checking in, room service, etc... exceptional!!!
Amazing time at Boozy tea with Tyler. Come by and see him. You will not be disappointed. I will be back. My friends and I enjoyed the tea and food. Great atmosphere.
Spencer is amazing. We were a party of 8 that had unique restrictions on food that Spencer catered to amazingly. We had kids with diabetes and nut allergies, and a mix of diabetics and meat eaters. Spencer is the man!!!!!!
Tyler and Brian were awesome and we will be making Boozy Tea apart of our holiday traditions! The lobster and caviar was so decadent and tasty! The scone was my sweet favorite!
Amazing experience food and tea were the best. Our host Tyler and Brian were knowledgeable and very good with presenting the courses
