The location was ideal for me to picnic at the mouth of the Grand Canyon & then head over toward the north entrance of the Grand Canyon

It was laid back, and relaxed. Loved it, no city streets outside the door so we were able to play around for a while with the children. | the orange blanket that lay over top of the bed was covered in pet hair, just extremely gross, one other blanket was the same, this is my very only complaint, although to me it’s a big deal!

General Manager was awesome, she needs experienced help though

Location, price, staff, cleanliness were all great. | It was perfect for our 4 person family to stay for our trip to kayak down the Colorado River from Lees Ferry. There was no mini fridge in the room, no microwave and the restaurant next door did not open for breakfast until 11am however the food was great for dinner and the staff was helpful and excellent.

Scenic, serene. | My room wasn’t clean. Hairs in the shower. Dirty toilet. Staff wasn’t super welcoming upon arrival, but became friendlier the longer we stayed.

Location, cleanliness, restaurant staff. | Nothing

The location is breathtaking, and the property is well maintained providing luxury with privacy. Great service, great ppl. A great place to spend time in the nature, rejuvenate and relax 😌
