A disappointing stay. Upon arrival, I found that the hair dryer was missing from the room. Although they provided one later, it was of very poor quality and barely worked. I was also frustrated by the lack of transparency about fees; there was no prior notice that booking through third-party sites (Booking) or using a digital card for check-in would incur extra charges. Lastly, during my three-night stay, housekeeping never replenished the tea, coffee, or tissues. Not the standard I expected.
