The room was very good. | The pillows were to soft and my wife didn’t like the bed
*Location is awesome, walking distance to everything. Even a target next door. *Rooms are clean and spacious. *Beds are comfy. *Staff are exceptional (see below). *Breakfast was good. *Higher floors can see Cinci Skyline. We were there from my daughter's annual appts at CC. The staff were amazing. She also became ill and couldn't make it to the the room. Staff came and cleaned everything up quickly, BUT were most conceened about her. We were asked several times how she was doing. We have never stayed at a hotel with such caring and accommodating staff and will always stay here now. ❤️ | Our first night was a warm night and this hotel is in close proximity to the Uni of Cinci... They moved us to a higher floor.
