Valet was really slow. Was on 5th floor, and could still hear the nightclub below well for a majority of the night.

Nothing | They lied about the room and upgrade. Rooms were rough and not maintained well. They had an event and overbooked the whole place and misplaced all of us in crappy rooms and not what we paid for. Aircon didn’t work and staff were rude about it
