We were attending a concert nearby and the location was perfect. The staff was great and the room was clean. Loved the extra security for the elevator. | Great space, however, throughout the night, you could hear other guests walking to and from the elevator, as well as what seemed like someone trying to get into their room. The entire time, it made me anxious because I could hear all the commotion while trying to sleep. I really didn't get much sleep and I had to work the next day.
Friendly staff | The cleanliness of the room especially the bathroom was pretty bad. There was black mildew on the grout and the body wash was chunky. The mechanism that keeps people from tampering with it was broken. One bottle was empty. I've stayed here a few times and never had these issues before
