We have stayed at this property in the past. We really like the location. It is close to our son's apartment and we like the neighborhood. | We were VERY disappointed in our experience this time. The person at the front desk when we arrived was almost dismissive. The bed was uncomfortable and small. The heat made so much noise that it woke me up and I had to turn it off. There was also a lot of noise from outside. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but decided to leave early because we did not want to sleep there again.

Size of rooms and fit out was good | Reception staff seemed disinterested

Sehr saubere, grosszügige und ruhige Zimmer | Die Zimmer Richtung Innenhof sind sehr dunkel, was nicht stört, wenn man tagsüber viel unterwegs ist.

Lockation | Tried several times to contact the manager. He had never be in hotel. Team didn't want to share his phon no. Sent several emails withe no reply.

Room was big, kitchenette, microwave, mini fridge, pull out couch. The staff was always at the front desk and helpful with any requests. We were on the first floor and could not hear any of the noise from the restaurant, which was a change from the last time we were there and stayed on the second floor. | The bed was a bit squeaky and movement felt on both sides. They charge for every hour you want to extend your check out even if it is not necessary. After paying the high price for the room it would be nice if they extended the time for even an hour like most hotels. Seemed petty. I think they should change that policy, as it feels like they don't appreciate you as a guest when you pay thousands of dollars to stay for 5 days.

Our room was a deluxe suite which was perfect. Staff was amazing, helping us add an extra night during a blizzard without changing rooms. | It would be nice to have small items to buy, like a soda machine or a bagel for breakfast
