Great location if you enjoy being within walking distance to all the bars/restaurants. Bartenders were friendly. | The signage says that they don't allow you to bring any kind of outside cup to the pool area. We found that to be very inconsistent depending on who the security was at the gate. So every time you want a drink of water, you have to wait in line at the bar for a small plastic cup.

Your Staff is excellent and very friendly. The staff went above and beyond when we asked for something to drink coffee at 5:30 pm. I lost the lock on my Golf cart, and they never charged me. I enjoyed every one of your staff and the girls who cleaned the rooms. Very clean .. | The only issue was that people who do not stay at the hotel used the pool and showed up with outside food and drinks. We were told no drinks or food could be brought into the pool. The people who did not stay at the hotel were majority younger girls, 20 -26 were very rude and would hold the floats when they were out of the pool, so no older people who could hardly walk could even use them. My one friend has hip issues, and I went to take the one float on the ground not being used, but next to the girls' chairs, she started yelling at me and swearing. This is at the river pool. Also, young kids and teenagers jump off the rocks where the waterfall is.
