Bed was very nice.heat has a trick to get going Thak goodness we had an electric fireplace heater in the room . Heater/ac unit kept blowing cold air nomater what i did with the ther. So our heat heat source was the electric fireplace. And the room had a great looking jacuzzi tub but the plug would not plug to fill the tub up. And this was at 10:00 at night with nobody around to fix. | Whirlpool tub the stopper would not close so you can fill the tub up. The thermostat on the wall did not seem to work well as I could not get it to turn on the heater part of the AC / heater unit. Thank goodness we had a Electric heater fireplace in the room this is what we used. But every so often the fan for the heater would turn on and blow cold air only. I was not sure if it was on AC or not even
close to where I was visiting for work | Vending machines out of order, water pressure low toilet didn't flush, carpet was wet under the heating cooling unit in the room, shower mat was still in the tub.
Quaint and a bit quirky - a very interesting older motel that is very clean, comfortable, and in very good condition. Our room was large and well-appointed with a very comfortable bed, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Check-in and all interactions with staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. We didn't get a chance to use the indoor pool, but it looked inviting. | Not a single thing. The facilities were in great shape. The staff was friendly and on top of everything.
Friendliness, clean, close to attractions, and we loved the slowpoke lounge. Good food in town, APT production of Picnic A+ Taliesen tour great. Frank was a player. House on the Rock!!?? | Missed the little cafe in the barn from past stays
Location very good | We could hear the man next door snoring and in the morning there were elephants on our ceiling. Room 122.
The shower was good | The room smelled funky, the cafe was closed, the carpet looked dirty and the room and building looked in need of repairs. The place has seen better days
Great sized room with beautiful wood vaulted ceiling. Nicely decorated. | The bathroom is way too small.
