The doorman or the carhop plainly saw me struggling with luggage and that heavy door. Offered no assistance until I asked for it. Both bartenders were friendly and attentive.

We ordered the focaccia with chili butter, arancini, pesto pasta, and sea bass, and every dish was beautifully executed. The flavors were layered and refined, the textures were impeccable, and each course felt elegant and intentional ✨ What elevated the evening even further was Simo’s remarkable hospitality. He checked in with perfect attentiveness, accommodated our requests seamlessly, took photos for us, and surprised us with flowers and complimentary cake for our anniversary. His warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made the entire experience feel personal, polished, and memorable. I have to start with the host, Simo who took care of me that night. He was very kind, welcoming, and attentive at all times. The food was enjoyable; I had the Bolognese and the burrata appetizer. The dessert was also great and I truly recommend it: the pistachio and ricotta cake. Will definitely be coming back during my next stay at the Viata!
