A staff member contacted me before my arrival and was responsive and very helpful. The room is clean and spacious, and the keyless entry means I don’t have to worry about losing my key. There are lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Recently stayed in the Deluxe Suite Garden. Overall, had a great experience. great location! The courtyard was peaceful, quiet relaxing atmosphere where we enjoyed coffee or snacks. One major plus was the bar next door—it was easily accessible, the staff was friendly, and both the food and drinks were excellent. The suite itself was very spacious and featured an open-concept loft design. Having 2 ½ bathrooms, with sinks located outside in the hallway, was extremely helpful for our larger group, allowing multiple people to get ready at the same time. We appreciated that towels were provided on each bed upon check-in, and linens for the pull-out sofas were already in the ottoman. That said, the sofa beds were a bit of a downside. One of them was slightly crooked and leaned to one side, and the mattress wasn’t in the best condition, had a few stains. We made do by layering extra sheets, but a cleaner mattress or fixed pull out base would have made a big difference. We also experienced some difficulty reaching staff in the office—we had to stop by multiple times before finding someone to help us with fresh towels. The same happened when we had questions about check-out. However, once we did connect with staff, they were friendly and helpful. On check-out day, they even allowed us to store our luggage in the office so we could explore a bit more before leaving. Overall, despite a few very minor inconveniences, this was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. would stay here again!

The room was spacious. The shower was somewhat small. Parking the golf cart was never a problem and you can't beat the location.

Perfect location in the heart of put-in-bay. We were able to walk to all of the restaurants and bars and they had parking for our car & rented golf cart, and they charge for parking just one block away. Very spacious accommodations, perfect size for a group of 5 of us. It can get loud, especially being above a bar, so if that can bother you then maybe look elsewhere. For us though, we felt things closed early enough to enjoy the stay and have a blast.

Stay was ok...storm came in and the ceiling in our room started leaking while we were sitting on tge bar stolls and then the plaster from the ceiling fell on us as well...manager would only refund $50 ans i felt that wasnt fair plus the couch fold out mattress was disgusting
