Not much | It was loud; paid parking at a hotel we paid for is ridiculous

Location was perfect | Rooms are not sound proof AT AL

It’s nice and the staff was very kind and helpful. Room was clean enough. | Slightly far from the subway, and parts of the hotel room were dirty like the bottom of the wall near the base boards. Unsure if complimentary water was provided as mentioned on the website but nowhere to be found in the room.

Clean bed and towels | Overall, everything was good, but there was one issue. One of the male staff members did not allow us to eat our own food in their kitchen, as if we were not guests of the hotel. I have severe allergies and need to follow a special diet, so I have to eat my own food. Moreover, hotels usually try to be customer-oriented and understanding toward their guests. However, this man raised his voice at us, which was very strange and unprofessional. It honestly made me feel as if I was staying there for free rather than being a paying guest. Overall, I was quite shocked by this experience. 😕
