Location and the bed was comfortable but thats about it ! | Staff were terrible ! Spent 15 mins checking where they tried to refuse me check in on a room that I had prepaid through booking.com as they wanted me to pay again which I refused repeatedly even after showing my reciept and proof of payment 6 times it took me to get them to call the Manager who sorted me out in 1 min on my explaining the above along with my proof on payment? If you want to use the pool the hours are weird ! Not open all day ? Went at 7:20 AM , no towels available just 20 mins after opening? On checking out , no hello , how was your stay , NOTHING! Just drop the key in the basket pointing and no eye contact ! Just blatantly rude , I have stayed here 2 times before and never encountered this previously BUT will not be back next trip ! I will go to Even Hotel across the road.

The long waits at the elevators were horrible. | Staff was ok, friendly but seemed stressed, understaffed.

Overall everything was good! | The wash rags were the cheapest ever!

This is not a hotel its a motel from begining to to end this place has knoe housepatality ,when I walked in there was a young girlat the frount desk who had cleaning supply in her hands I stood there for 10 mins before I said is this were you check in she turn with the meanest look on her face she said yes if you can give me a min ,her min turned into ten more mins ,I asked her about the carts she said we have 14 floors with one cart how would I know were the cart is , she gave me a room located on the 5th floor right next to the door were the step were all night long the door slammed causeing me to not get any sleep. the view was looking into a aliy were you seen nothing but walls and cats ,The room was the size of my walk in closet , the bed was full of cat or dog hair and people hair the bed had not been changed, we had 2 towels and two rags were we were goinf to be tgere for 2 nights .I brought my brand new blanket with me and my heated blanket the air never went of, my husband had to pick the microwave up to move it to another area in the room for it to work ,I was so uncomfortable here I called manegment in the morning because we drove from syracuse ny by the time we got into the room we were beat so that next morning I spoke to the manager and told him everything he did not seem to cocerned or caring he said I got antother room for you on the 10th floor mind you my room was close to $ 700 the next room was in the same spot we were in on tbe 5th floor but this time we could see people and the street and cars moving ,in this room none of the outlets worked and you still had to move the microwave for it to work.checking in the have valet parking the guy who parked are car said we had the last parking spot .checking out my husband went down to get the car the guy that he spoke to said we had to move your car because we got packed he gave gim a ticket and told him yiur car is in are other garage ine block down ,he had to walk six bloxks to even find the car | nothing

The location is great, it's easy to reach from JFK airport | It urgently needs some renewal works. The heating system is very noisy and didn't work well. At some point it didn't work at all, having outside temperatures below 0 celsius degrees. The hot water in the shower was not also reaching a minimal comfort temperature. The furnitures in the room are wasted and the bed and pillows needs to be replaced urgently. The pictures doesn't reflect the actual state, it is indeed not worth the value.
