Room was very clean overall. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Location was exceptional. You can walk to most everything and not have to move your car if you don't want to drive anywhere. That's a major plus because you have to pay for parking almost everywhere other than your hotel with most parking lots charging $20/day. We do a lot of traveling and always stay at a Country Inn if possible. | Some of the room furnishings were damaged and the chair upholstery was dirty on the arms and the right arm had what appeared to be a burn whole. The room's smoke detector was missing.

location was great | On our second night we found a bug on the bed. We took it down to the front desk and showed it to them and I told them i thought it was a bed bug but she said it wasn't. They moved us to another room and when we got to the second room we found another bug in the room. I called the front desk once again to let them know and to have them send someone up to see the bug themselves. The gentleman came and took the bug and just said that it came from outside when housekeeping cleans they out the bouncy door and it came in. They offered to move us once again but we just decided to stay in the room because it was already super late. I had tried kids and a disabled elderly person as well to try to move for the 3 time was going to be too much. I just fell if they know about the bugs and the area they are in they need to do a better job on the pest control to avoid issues as this.

We loved the room and the breakfast every morning was amazing! We also loved that we could walk to everywhere in downtown with ease from our hotel. | There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Location was perfect. Breakfast was good. | Room was dirty when we arrived, there was food still in the fridge from previous occupants. Trash on the bathroom floor, carpet didnt feel clean. The pool area was filthy with what appeared to be a dirty diaper just laying on the ground next to the pool. Not enough parking.

Location to downtown | Kinda rundown and limited parking

Great location, good price, very comfortable beds | Toilet leaked. They said they repaired. Still leaked. Used a towel around it. Pillow case had something black on it. They gave me a new case I had to change myself . Paperwork said housekeeping cleans every three days. Evening of the third day. Garbage overflowing in both small garbage bags. Pile of dirty towels in bathroom. Bed never touched. When I asked about it. The front desk told me that I had to ask or they wouldn't clean it. That's the first time in all my travels I've ever heard this. Then she wasn't gonna send anyone til I threatened to put the garbage bags and dirty towels outside the door in the hall. I'm very disappointed. Will not stay here again
