Within walking distance to all of downtown | I did not know until I arrived that I had to find a parking garage and pay extra for my two day trip. The desk in my hotel room was dirty. The lady at the front counter was rude.

The convenience of the location. The security of having to use our room keys to access areas. | Broken sink valve, broken bathroom door lock (my girls got lock in the bathroom). The shower flooded the bathroom floor. No linens for the pull out mattress. Fitted sheet for one of the beds was wrong size and did not fit. Floor of the pool scraped up my girls feet. Cobwebs in corners and on fire spray nossel.

I booked it thinking it came with breakfast and it did not. Charging the rate I paid for the room and the charging for breakfast a mediocre at best breakfast is clearly a money grab and it’s very disappointing. | The Biden breakfast charge the building being a bit rundown in comparison to other places I have stayed in the city.

We loved the staff. We were there for our 1st anniversary, so we made the best of the room. But, the staff at that location were awesome! Even the bartender. | The room is very basic for what is called a "Hyatt" hotel. The television connection was annoying, time consuming and not completely user friendly. There was no comforter or blanket provided, except for the thin blanket lined with PLASTIC (what was that?). The pillows were small on a king sized bed and they smelled funny. Stains on the walls, just very basic. Otherwise, the room was clean, just dated and not to "Hyatt" standards in our opinions. Also, we were informed that this particular location is a Hyatt (basic) location, which I was unaware of.
