Good location. Blocks from free streetcar to take you pretty much anywhere from downtown to Findlay market | Curtains had spots of stuff on them. No blackout curtains on south side of room. A bit noisy. Parking was expensive. Parking garages near by are hard to navigate and elevators broken.

Room was amazing, hotel staff were the nicest and very helpful, location could not be beat, valet staff were incredibly nice and fast, and breakfast was wonderful! | There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The location is central to downtown. The floor I was on was also recently renovated--it had the new carpet smell. The room was spacious. The gym had decent equipment.

Breakfast was great | NO FREE PARKING!!! Parking garage HAS TO FIX THE ELEVATOR ASAP! I was informed it has been broken down for over a YEAR! GUEST EXPECTED TO CARRY LUGGAGE UP AND DOWN STAIRWAY!

We love this location. The rooms are clean, the noise lever is zero, and the atmosphere is chic downtown. It's a value if you consider all of the places you can walk to, including the REDS baseball stadium and the service you get from pretty much anywhere you go downtown. They have a great breakfast and valet parking. The only downside is the parking downtown is about $50 before tips. We catch an Uber to Riverbend and have no trouble getting a ride back.
