Big rooms, good location.

Front desk is nice | We had stuff missing in our room.

It was a great location! We are a family of five with kids age 7, 10, 12. We were able to walk to the Hot Springs pool and downtown. The facility was also family friendly with a pool (open in March), cornhole, play area and fire pits.

The staff was excellent | The rooms were dirty and dated. Approach to the rooms looked like a shady hotel. I booked a suite room but it was nothing like a suite. Just two chairs were kept to mimic it as a suite. Sofa bed was dirty and not cleaned. Overall hotel needs an overhaul for rooms. Breakfast was very bad

Great location. Easy walk to downtown and the hot springs pools and adventure park. Staff very friendly. Liked the option of 3 queens in one room. Lots of amenities-free breakfast, pickleball, heated pool open in March. | I have stayed here before and while I like the hotel this time I noticed the rooms need a facelift. Room was clean but baseboards falling off, bathroom fan noisy, front door lock stuck, and the rooms are dark. Overall just felt old.

Centrally located between both hot springs and close to downtown. Good value. Clean rooms. | Nothing
