The hotel was clean, staff was extremely helpful with all issues, like our golf cart rental. The first cart was acting sluggish, the staff didnt dismissed our concerns, but rather looked into it and got us a different cart. They happily called a cab for us to get to our ferry. I am very satisfied with our stay. | The bed was rock hard, but that can't be help. Everyone has different preferences.

They didn't offer breakfast when I stayed there and nobody informed me that Fridays and Saturdays was nobody in the pool 21 and under had my son that is 8 and autistic and didn't understand why he wasn't allowed. Wish the staff would have informed us so we could have found a different hotel | Staff was short and didn't want to really answer any questions on day shift night shift was amazing!!
