One pool is under construction. It was very loud with jackhammers going during the day. We were able to use the pool at their sister hotel which was great.

This is a hotel that I had not stayed at before, but will definitely try to stay at again for future trips to Key West. It is near the KW Harbor so great restaurants & shops are a very easy walk. My visit was for diving and there were a multitude of shops that were again walking distance. It was also quiet (except for a few of the KW rooster crows) although the Duval street action was an easy walk

The pool was being redone. Of course our balcony room, that we paid extra for, was right above that pool. Excessive noise, technically no view. Was not made aware ahead of time.Why would we want to sit on the balcony, with the noise and dust. Restaurant only open until 5:30pm this included room service. Staff was friendly. The concierge gave wrong information about excursions. Television was not a smart tv. No information in room for television. The refrigerator too small and unsure what the dial should be at to get it colder. Besides never got a cold temperature. The fan in the bathroom made noises didn't totally work. Only three towels and only one of the three would be considered a bath towel. Floors not totally vacuumed, only vacuumed what could be seen when the door was open.
