Run was clean with good working microwave and fridge. | The heat did not work, and it was only 11 degrees that night. They did not bring in a professional to fix because it was late night. They brought me small space heaters and a blanket. After I I'm plotted in the heaters the to power went off in my room. They fixed it, but didn't fix the main heater. I froze half the night, then I was able to get the main heater to come on very early morning. But then it over heated the room, and would not lower temperature or for off. I've asked for a refund but they have not complied.
