The garbage can was full when we arrived. Couldn't put anymore in it.

Location is far enough away from downtown you can get away from the party traffic and noise. | Parking, not enough spaces to allow more than 1-2 vehicles. While the stay on the island was enjoyable, the house had uncomfortable beds, no tvs in the bedrooms. Had a mold smell, noticing the MDF trim was swelled from moisture. They charge a damage fee, the house had damage all over it from, cracked flooring, hole punched into the wall in the master, dresser doors not properly installed, fridge shelf’s on the door broken (etc) the list of damage could go on. Cleanliness, my daughter found inappropriate male genitalia confetti on the floor, Jacuzzi tub also seemed dirty and the jets didn’t work.

Location, the LR and kitchen had been recently remodeled. | The paperwork ahead of time seemed extreme. (Although, probably necessary in the summer - different clientele)

Quiet and good location | To be candid, the lodging is poorly maintained and there are several things that should be fixed prior to the next stay. This includes: unpainted patch work on the walls, door hinges, removed trim on the doorway entrance, living, broken drawer in the kitchen, broken vegetable tray in the fridge, dirty kitchen ware. It was overall quite disappointing considering the overall cost and the additional fees (damage waiver, linens, taxi, golf cart fees).

The pool is small and always full of kids. They said no pets but people had dogs. The sliding doors didn’t lock. Rooms are very small with 2 beds in them.
