Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was very nice, as well. | Room was 20 feet from the main entrance, front desk and pool entrance. Across the hall from the "breakfast room". A 6" exhaust duct outside the room window that was very annoying. Room would have been quieter if it had been located on an Interstate off ramp.

Close proximity to marina | Room had dead bug stains on walls and loud noises late at night.

We were late arriving on Island due to mixup on Ferry. Not able to obtain a taxi. Had someone from restaurant bring us over and no one in office. Had to call number on board in office. Put us on 2nd Floor in an adjacent building. I don't believe there were that many people staying there that night. BATHROOM DOOR WOULD NOT CLOSE.....truly acceptable. Very pricey for what you get. Would not recommend. | Tried to contact someone to tell them we would be a late arrival. Evidently not on location. Also forgot toothbrush and none available in office.

Nothing it was the long drive golf cart wise to get to any of the main attractions the room was small shower didn’t work Home back in PA normal toilets ,nice shower | The cleanliness of the room, the crazy shower, the dirtyness of the tub.?
