room is spacious. | After shower, i would like to leave the door of the bathroom open for a while, but it always automatically gets closed.

The heavy duty towels & wash rags were amazing! The room was perfectly designed with everything needed for a great stay! The view was amazing, fire pits, hot tub!!! (Unfortunately closed on our trip) Love the furniture and finishes, the price of my stay, and absolutely loved the main house vibes! | The mattress is uncomfortable ( Springs were awful) but a deluxe mattress topper would really go a long way for us bad back sleepers!! Hearing my neighbors voices through the walls but again it's a clean nice place and very well priced.

It was in a good location | The room wasn’t touched since the person before us, we called they didn’t get back to us for 2 and a half hours after, then they sent someone over to have us switch rooms

The location within walking distance to downtown Estes Park is fantastic. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms have been updated and are very nice with nice beds and bedding. They have a nice, simple free breakfast in the morning.
