Location was perfect, on a very live street with lots of restaurants and close to the marina. It has private parking, easy to access. Staff were pleasant and cooperative. Room was clean and equipped with most of the staff. | We didn't have coffee, although there was coffee machine in the room. For 3 nights, we had only one hand soap, even though they were cleaning the room every day.

Location, parking | Great, room was stuffy - wish we could have been able to open the windows.

Everything was great, I appreciated how helpful the staff were, and my stay was wonderful! | I don’t not like anything, but if I can recommend something, it would be to add an in house kitchen? So maybe some food items that I can get with room service haha. But it’s an inn so I understand. It was still very excellent though, that was just a suggestion.

Large updated room with comfortable furnishings and a comfortable mattress. The bathroom was spacious and the lighting was bright so you could actually see yourself as one shaved or applied makeup. Lots of restaurants and a little convenience store close by. Very convenient to many attractions and Pier 39. Love that parking is included in the price.

Parking. | Staff ranged from not helpful to surely. Two said our room would have a view but when finally checked in it was horrible. The view was of mechanical equipment and an alley. Saw the tip of Golden Gate bridge in far distance. It was a joke. Pillows beyond lumpy- more like shredded inside. And towels were paper thin. And told the superior room we reserved which Booking had said were all on third floor were actually on 2nd and 3rd. But since used Bookong they would only put us on 2nd floor.

The room was nice, clean, and quiet for a fair price. | I do not usually comment on negative experiences for my bookings but this was worth mentioning in my opinion. Although I understand it is not explicitly required for accommodations to store your luggage prior to check in, I feel as though this is expected and I have never once been denied storage. I arrived a few hours prior to check in and was hoping to be able to drop my bags and walk around the city. I was told on the phone 20 minutes earlier they might be able to but storage may also be full. When I walked in with my bags they said there was no room and there was nothing they could do and so I had to lug around my bags until check in. The front desk workers were not the friendliest nor helpful which I would typically expect in the hospitality industry. This was a little frustrating as a small amount of assistance would have been appreciated.

The location of the hotel is excellent, near many restaurants and stores. I was a solo traveler and my room was very spacious, certainly large enough for a couple or small family.
