Very comfortable

Rooms are big and have 2x TV's, good little lounge area, good heating / air con, comfortable beds with nice plentiful pillows. The reception were amazing on checkin, and also one day I sprained my wrist and they gave me directions to the drugstore a 15 min walk away. There is a free food buffet which is actually really good, and they give you 3 free complimentary drinks per night - house drinks but included, red wine, white wine, Tom Collins, some cocktails. The hotel location is great for local sightseeing. The Cross of the Martyrs is just a ten min walk away, Railroad museum and shops 20 min walk, the main plaza is about 5 mins walk where all the bars and restaurants are. One other thing we enjoyed every day is the rooftop pool and Jacuzzi. We went in February so it was cold out, but the Jacuzzi was warm and nobody else around. Free towels are available just inside. There are also various "reading areas" in the hotel, with nice seats and books, and fireplaces you can switch on, and just sit there and read by the fire for a couple of hours. In the main reception is a large fireplace and seating area, I sat there every evening building a Lego car! I also used the Launderette. Its on the 5th floor and is $2.00 for a full wash, $2.00 for a full dry and it was $1.25 for a laundry tablet. So $5.25 for a full wash load and dry. Hour each cycle. Parking was also great, there is valet parking and a person is there ALL THE TIME waiting for customers! or you can just park yourself there is plenty of space | Nothing everything was great

I love the service from the valet to check-in was amazing. The maids and waitstaff were amazing as well. | My room was next to the service elevator. I was upgraded to a nicer room but I ended up not sleeping much because of thw noises.

Good breakfast and good food in eating places, nice room great location. Very friendly staff. | The 30.00 dollar parking should be part of the facikity.

It was a Clean hotel. The breakfast was included in the cost of the room as well as a happy hour with 3 drinks and snacks.

They were under staffed and untrained

When we arrived they upgraded our room from a std king to a large king with fireplace, jetted tub with separate walk-in shower! The bathroom was huge and the bath products were spa like. Included with the room was a full hot breakfast and 5:30-7PM Happy Hour with "Munchies". These "Munchies" ended up being DINNER for most guests. Even though the per night stay was higher than normal, Santa Fe, NM is an expensive town for any meal or snack. In the long run, this actually saved us money!!! Valet parking was provided at an extra $30/night. | Nothing! We will stay there on our next trip to Santa Fe.
