Die Mitarbeiter am Check in sind wahnsinnig freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind für NYC Verhältnisse relativ groß und das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich. Jeden Morgen gab’s ein wechselndes Eierangebot und sogar Früchte waren im Angebot. Heißen Kaffee gab es zu jeder Zeit in der Lobby. Die Lage des Hotels ist super: 2 Trainstations fussläufig schnell erreichbar und die Brooklyn Bridge nur 15min zu Fuß entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind ebenfalls dicht bei.
Breakfast started on time as stated 6am. This was perfect as we had an early flight to catch. However more options for breakfast would be nice. | Towels in the room were too harsh on the skin. Maybe they need switching up

Almost everything | Hit or miss with prices
Greet location, very close to Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridge. It is good value for money. Breakfast was okay, had many options. We would go back
staffs at breakfast bar was friendly and kind
The staff were incredibly friendly & helpful! | It was impossible to turn off the A/C unit. We didn't need heat or A/C, but the fan just blew continuously. We tried to turn it off at the wall unit but it just stayed on. We maneuvered an armchair to act as a screen between the bed & the unit. We also found the location a bit inconvenient, but maybe that's because of where we needed to be during the trip.
