Nothing at all !!!!! Location is horrible, the room was ice cold and heater wasn’t working. I had to change 4 rooms!!!! The “hot” water was nearly worn . | I didn’t like everything!!!! It’s terrible accommodation, not worth it even half of the price that was charged.

We stayed New Year’s Eve. I was already in bed when my husband came in and noticed a reddish stain still wet on the quilt which went down through to the top sheet. He went down to the desk and they said they didn’t have clean linens we would have to move. It was about 2 am. Hotel said we’d have to contact Booking.com Booking.com said we’d have to contact hotel. No one returns ourrrpeated calls. Seems like we shouldn’t have to pay full price for a disgusting and inconvenient experience at 2 am. .
Our hotel room was not probably cleaned before us stay. We found pubic hair on the toilet and on the bathroom floor. The bathroom also had visible signs of mold on the ceiling. The vanity paint varnish was coming off and peeling. The door looked like it was peeling in certain places I found press on nails underneath the bed. The staff, however, was very friendly and very accommodating. I did not let them know my frustrations because I was leaving very early the next morning. | Cleanliness
breakfast was nice, and the check in staff was accommodating | I specifially book a room with the Whirl pool tub for my sister so that she could enjoy a nice bath. The tub had splattered blood stains. By the time i could ask about getting it cleaned there was no staff available to clean it and it was late. They did offer to move us into another room, just wouldnt have the tub, plus i travelled with my 80 year old mother. It wouldn't have been fair to move her that time of night.
