Horrible experience because of many things: had to put my hand in the back of the toilet because it wouldn’t flush, no elevators, no air dryer (only hotel without one and it was the most expensive by far), breakfast took long, was undercooked and the portions were really small! Plus, we rented 2 rooms (2 people in each one) and they charged us $30 extra and wouldn’t give it back, such a shame! Sorry I’m going full Karen mode but I don’t want other people to experience what we did! Shame 👏

Great location to get to a shuttle to go into the park or get food at one of the many restaurants and has an amazing view of the canyon

Location, cleanliness | I think another light or lamp in our room 101) would improve the experience. It was quite dark in the room with the curtains closed.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. It was perfect from the moment we checked in. I was unsure which hike to pick and the staff (Shena and Rachel) were engaged and full of suggestions helping us plan out our days. The room was clean, comfortable and styled very well. The TV had Netflix and cable which was great to disconnect and unwind after a long day. The hot tub was a life saver to relax our muscles after all the hikes! Amazing water pressure in the shower with different shower heads and settings to adjust depending on your preference. I lover counter space and there was enough of that too. The location was ideal - right by the shuttle stop, which is named the same as the Inn. Coffee, groceries, souvenirs, food; everything is less than a 5min walk. The included breakfast at a neighboring restaurant (Porter House) was a pleasant surprise - they had plentiful options and the staff were so kind and accommodating. We are vegan and had the Granola and Oatmeal breakfast. It was quite hearty with fruits, toast and soy milk. Each room has a balcony and as you can see in the attached photo - it does not get better than that view, particularly at sunset. Parking is plentiful and can be right outside the unit you are in. The highlight for me - and a testament to how the Bumbleberry Inn truly value their customers is that they made note that it was my birthday and surprised me with a handwritten birthday card and bottle of their Jelly (photo attached). Additionally, my husband wanted to get me something sweet on my birthday and the Bumbleberry Bakery specially baked him fresh vegan cookies (since they were out of it at that time), which were delicious! Overall I can confidently say I'd stay here every time - their customer service and quality of care is unmatched. Highly Recommend!

Excellent location and room!

My daughter and I had a great stay at Bumbleberry Inn. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room clean, and the location can't be beat. It's close to the park shuttle and anything you'd want in town.

The staff, location, and complimentary breakfast at a nearby restaurant were all fantastic. The room also had a white noise machine which was an unexpected bonus.
