I specifically asked for a non smoking room and not Nextdoor to a smoking room. Towels, sheets, pillows etc smelled like cigarette smoke. Woke up to a strong smell of cigarette smoke coming from the room next door. Other than that, it was a decent room at a decent price.

Night was super quiet, room was clean but smelled like an ashtray. Maybe offer some rooms for non-smoker.

Two people staying only one towel. Only one coffee packet and non smoking room smelled like someone had been smoking in the room

There were roaches in the room, bed was hard and uncomfortable, it stayed muggy in the room and when I spoke to staff about it they were unsympathetic.

The staff was extremely accommodating and professional. Special recognition for Mrs. Anita for being so kind and attentive. Prompt with amenities requests, and also with pest control services.
