O quarto é bastante espaçoso e tem uma vista bem bonita. | 2 dias fiquei sem arrumação no quarto, 1 dia porque fiquei por mais tempo no quarto e outro não sei porque… simplesmente não foram fazer a arrumação.

Breakfast was delicious with fresh tasty fruit etc! Lots of options and staff was wonderfully accommodating with a toddler. Vallet staff was amazing as well! | Room was a lot smaller than we expected and I thought I booked a king but it was definitely a queen. That was maybe on me though.

Had a great experience with this hotel for the SXSW conference. The hotel was within a perfectly reasonable walking distance with an EXCELLENT breakfast. The room was spacious and even though there were three to a room, we did not feel cramped whatsoever.

The staff was amazing. They greeted me with smiles, and because volume was low they put me into a room with a great view on the 17th floor. Breakfast had every option you can think of! Every member of the staff was so pleasant and helpful. And the room was super clean, everything worked great, plenty of coffee, a mini-fridge, spacious desk, drawers and wardrobe, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Staff | For the price of the hotel, valet parking should be included. The breakfast should be better much better than it was. The waffles were cold and the sausage was terrible. There should be more than one option for meats. The waffle mix should be a batter that you prepare at the time you get ready to eat. Not cooked ahead of time, cut up, and placed on a tray to serve. It was cold. The waffle brand needs to be changed, not a good taste.

The hotel was great and the staff at the front desk were very helpful. Paul in the valet service was awesome and highly accommodating for me. Great job y’all!
