Absolutely great place to stay. This is huge house with all necessary amenties. You can feel there like at home and can chillout and relax. Perfect location, great contact with owner. Perfect for families and bunch of friends. | Everything was perfect!

Three separate bedrooms. Spacious and close to the national park | Very old, dirty and run down. The kitchen is falling apart, the rooms were smelly and the bathroom mats were still dirty from previous guests. The wallpaper is half off and the bathtub is completely scratched. The windows are also half taped. We were so disappointed, we didn’t move in and went to another accommodation.

Nothing | Don’t be misled by the high property rating, please! We had a very unpleasant experience with this property. Upon our arrival at 7 PM, the property was not ready for us, despite being scheduled for check-in at 4 PM. We received a notification that the property was ready, but the house was unclean, with the beds left in the same condition as the previous occupants had left them, trash in the rooms, and full trash cans in the bathroom (as shown in the attached photos). We tried reaching the property owner through the phone number provided by Booking, but only reached voicemail. We sent the message via booking app to the owner and immediately contacted the Booking team. I’ve been a Booking client for almost 10 years, and I’m not a conflict person—this is my first complaint. To our surprise, a housekeeper eventually arrived (just one person) and offered to clean the house, but it would have taken an hour. This was unacceptable to us, as rushed cleaning does not constitute good service. We were traveling with senior parents and were exhausted from our long journey from Seattle. We were forced to book another property, which was extremely difficult to find on short notice in Forks. We informed the owner and the Booking team that we wanted to cancel the reservation for our two-day stay and found another property nearby (luckily, not far from Forks). For four days of our trip, we were consumed with resolving this issue and repeatedly contacting Booking. Initially, the owner agreed to refund our money but later refused, ignoring the Booking team throughout. In the end, Booking offered a mere 12% refund as a gesture of goodwill. We were deeply frustrated by this experience, especially as we were traveling with elderly parents. This situation severely impacted our trip and left us extremely disappointed.

This house was a comfortable stay for a family of six. Humble renovations with large windows and great air flow. Many family members mentioned that the hot water was plentiful and quick to temp. The check out instructions were clear and helpful and the Kitchen and laundry room were reasonably stocked and clean. Reasonably close to Olympic Park sites. | When we arrived the house was 80 degrees. It took most of the night to cool off.
