It is very close to the Staten Island ferry so that is great! I showed up at 1 AM since I had a flight delay and my host waited up and was very accommodating. I did hear another guest once but it seemed quiet in the house. Host lives downstairs. | This place met my needs since there is just not much available in this area. However, it really needs a DEEP clean and it is just worn out. Bed had dips where people sleep (very soft), the two soft chairs in the room sunk down and were uncomfortable, stains on the carpet, stove was dirty (yes there is a kitchenette), towels stiff and thin and look old, etc. Glad I brought my sound machine for the traffic noise since it is on a intersection that is busy in the morning (there is a High School very close by). With some paint, cleaning and updating of furniture this could be an awesome place because the location is great!

Der Eigentümer Paul war sehr nett und bemüht. Die Mülleimer wurden von ihm regelmäßig entleert. | Das Haus ist schon sehr alt und es wurde offensichtlich schon lange nichts mehr erneuert, angefangen vom Geruch wenn man reinkommt ins Haus, bis zu den Mehlkäfern, die am Boden krabbeln.

NEVER STAYED @ ACCOMMODATIONS!!! ACCOMMODATIONS WERE AWFUL, FITHY, UNSAFE TO HEALTH & BODILY INJURY POSSIBILTIES WAS AN ISSUE.

フェリーターミナルから徒歩10分。 建物の外観は写真のとおりですぐ見けられます。 天井の高い広いお部屋です。 大きなベッドは寛げます。 大画面のテレビと快適なWi-Fi環境が整っています。 キッチンは必要な物がひと通りそろっています。 土曜日には、近くの駐車場でコンパクトなグリーンマーケットが開催されます。 | フェリーターミナルからは、上り坂になるので大きな荷物がある場合は注意が必要です。 建物と設備には歴史を感じます。 交差点のコーナーに位置するので多少の騒音があります。
