Очень хорошее расположение. Хороший кондиционер. | Персонал, который убирает номера очень недружелюбный и не приветливый. С ними вообще не хочется пересекаться. Убирали номера они очень плохо. Максимум, что делали, это выносили мусор и меняли полотенца.

Very beautiful hotel, lovely accommodations, friendly staff | I didn't like while we were checking in there was an upset guest at the next desk loudly complaining, I could barely hear my reception lady talk to me. Might be a good idea to have a place to step aside to deal with issues, upset guests.

I loved everything about it. Having all the stores at walking distance, lots of dining options, the fluffy bed and pillows, the gym, proximity to our family’s home, elegant yet casual place. The ONLY thing we didn’t like was the very loud singing at the rooftop restaurant where you couldn’t talk. We will be staying at the Artisan every time we go visit our families. Thank you!!! | Just the very loud singing at the rooftop while you’re eating with your friends.
