Shampoo and conditioner | A lot of! It seems to me every time I book with Booking.com we get put in the most crappy room I mean, I don’t know what the relationship is between hotels andbooking.com but I just feel like the customer is definitely getting the short end of the stick

The location was nice within walking distance to the Taft theater | Was accused and charged for a broken painting that we did not brake. I was a picture on the wall I guess there was debris behind the chair the was under picture. We didn’t move the chair as we were only in the room for 15 minutes when we arrived and then when we got back we looked at the art then went to sleep.

The art installations. | Coffee mug had red lipstick on it (not clean) room wasn’t cleaned between the two nights, the window gave on a wall. The desk staff was polite but not particularly friendly or avenant.

Very cool and full of art. | Nothing.

This property was in an excellent location for why we were in Cincinnati. | The smell in the elevator, hallways and downstairs was putrid. Made us feel sick Once we made it to our room we were fine. The rooms are outdated with bad pillows

I love the tiles! The service was great. Brad for the win! We had no heat and the phone wouldn’t call the front desk, but he was amazing! | No heat in one of rooms! We slept in our coats. Just glad it wasn’t the room my 85 year old mom was in.
