Front desk and bar staff were very helpful. It was nice to see that there was a security guard on the ground floor day and night. Lobby area was welcoming and great place to hang out. The room was small but very efficient in its layout. Housekeeping staff did a good job cleaning the room. There was a large window with a good view of the surrounding office buildings along Market St. Hotel was located just a block up from the Powell Station so it made it convenient when using BART and Muni. It was also close to the Muni Station at Union Square. We would gladly stay there again. | There was nothing that we didn't like. When we booked the hotel, we were initially concerned about the homeless on Market St and in the nearby Tenderloin area but was glad to see that the streets in the area were being maintained by crews regularly.
