Communication. It’s ridiculous the amount of times I’ve requested an invoice to send to my company and no one cares to reply or send a copy.
Loved the location. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, well equipped.The bathroom was perfect with a really large shower. The bed was so comfortable! Excellent location for walkability to anywhere downtown. | The coffee bar didn't have decaf coffee (I know, not the typical, but some of us are caffeine intolerant.) The valet parking, while probably in line with other valet parking in town was rather expensive. Would likely park elsewhere on our own next time.
Wry clean and supplies everyday not upon request. | The parking is only ballet and is super expensive $59.00/ overnight. I stayed 4 nights so my bill increased more than expected. While booking they did not disclosed this information.
